This just happened to me.
I started to replay my old Pokemon Yellow.
Suddenly I had the urge to fight Red in Crystal again, just to found out that my save file is gone ><
I hate how Gameboy cartridge needs internal batter for saving.
I got about 60 hours logged in to that game...
